A section of the blog which specifically looks at the way I do things.
I know some people out there will take issue with my approach – the hobby has many highly skilled individuals who know one end of a lathe from the other, etc. Sadly my knowledge in this area has always been lacking (sorry Mr Mitchell [High School Metalwork Teacher]!).
I’m a believer in precision where it’s needed but brute force and ignorance can often achieve the same end without a workshop and in a lot less time.
Apologies to anyone that I offend but hopefully this section will help those that it is targeted at as the rest don’t really need to read it.
